Collection: The Mustansiriya

The Mustansiriya Collection is inspired by the architectural legacy of the Mustansiriya Madrasa in Baghdad, one of the oldest and most prestigious educational institutions in the region. Founded in the 13th century under the Abbasid caliphate, the madrasa was a center of advanced learning in science, mathematics, philosophy, and theology. Its design reflected that intellectual ambition, combining symmetry, proportion, and ornament in ways that conveyed both discipline and beauty.

The collection draws on this tradition through patterns rooted in logic and clarity. Interlacing star forms, rhythmic divisions, and angular repetition reflect the madrasa’s architectural order. Geometry here was used not only to adorn but to organize space and support deeper thought.

Each piece is crafted with digital precision using premium wood filament and finished by hand. The result is a quiet homage to a space where knowledge and design were fully intertwined.
