This six-piece set draws from the architectural strength and visual clarity of Meknes, the 17th-century imperial city built under Sultan Moulay Ismail. Each coaster showcases interlocking geometric forms reminiscent of the decorative motifs carved into the city’s stone and plaster. The balance and clarity of the design reflect the structural rhythm found throughout Meknes’s monumental architecture, from its fortified gates to its palace walls.
Created with digital precision using premium wood filament and finished by hand, every piece is carefully sanded to sharpen its crisp geometry and surface depth. Multiple protective finishes are applied to seal the surface, enhance contrast, and increase durability, resulting in a matte finish suited to everyday use.
The set includes five coasters, each 106 millimetres in diameter and suitable for warm and cold drinks up to 70°C, along with a matching base for neat and accessible storage. Equal parts practical and decorative, the set brings a subtle architectural presence to any table or desk.
